Mushrooms stuffed with Crab and Shrimp, grilled asparagus, and Angel Hair Pasta with Tomatoes and Basil in a White Wine Sauce. Yummy. Somewhere between these two pictures we moved inside - still not quite warm enough to eat on the patio. Soon. Very, very soon.
LOVE stuffed mushrooms! Did you make them? Crab and shrimp would be great with a little cheese and sherry. Kind of like a seafood Newburg. Now I'm hungry!

Hey Steve, Yes I did make them! I actually had a few at a restaurant we tried on our "date night" the other night, and I thought "hmmm...I have a little bit of shrimp and a little bit of crab meat...hell, I can make these!" so the next night I kind of threw these together. Just mixed some (vegan-not that it mattered at this point)mayo, a little mustard, diced onions and bell pepper, the shrimp and crab, and a little bit of brad crumbs, filled the mushroom caps, put them in the broiler and voila! They were 100% awesome, if I do say so myself!
